All shipments are reviewed by our Quality Control Department and are in pristine condition at shipment. Our orders are triple checked for accuracy. Our policy is to have all orders checked and signed off on for accuracy in three stages. The first is when our packer picks the products for the order, the second is the person packing the order, lastly a third person will review the order before the package is sealed. At each of these three stages, our staff is required to sign their name that all items are in excellent condition and all items are contained in the order. This is to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent fraud.

Unfortunately, from time to time items may be damaged in shipping. Damaged items must include a picture of the damage.  Pictures can be emailed to serendipitystylescorp@gmail.com and we will promptly exchange for refund the damaged item. PLEASE NOTE: Bath bombs with hidden items may separate easily where item is inserted. We do our best to package securely to prevent this from occurring; however, rough shipping beyond our control may add to the possible separation. Item is not returnable because of separation. Bath bombs are not exchangeable under any circumstances. EDIBLE ITEMS AND WHILE SUPPLIES LAST PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON.
Items being returned for change of mind will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for shipping costs.

We are not responsible for customer ordering the wrong size, color, pattern, design, etc. To receive a refund for these types of errors, it will be considered a “change of mind return.” To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If any order is returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address, customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the customer chooses not to reship the order, it will be considered a "change of mind return."   We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact your local carrier if such instance occurs.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on Serendipity's part.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held or stolen packages. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info. ABOUT US

Serendipity Styles is family owned and oriented. Its home base is in New Jersey with locations in Brick and Hawthorne.  Our owner's experience in managing Serendipity is derived from almost 20 years as a Business Manager as well as 15+ years involvement with the Direct Sales Industry.  Throughout this time, extensive experience was gained in bookkeeping, marketing, human resources and legal concepts.  In addition to Serendipity, we own CHAMP Network, a successful event planning company. CHAMP Network organizes Vendor & Craft Events both independently and for fundraising for local non-profit organizations as we are firm believers in giving back to our community.  Through our experience with CHAMP, we were able to watch and evaluate various direct sales companies as well as customer views of these companies.

Serendipity Styles was born as a result of watching the influences that direct sales has on the people who choose to pursue the desire of being their own boss while supporting their families. We began to realize that we too would like to inspire others while helping women reach their potential and follow their dreams. This is what fueled our desire to create a company with the Representatives in mind. Our vision was to was create a company that is affordable, diverse and always with the motto "family first."

We started Serendipity in 2014 by selling privately at home parties, online and at vendor fairs.  During this time, we researched and learned about price points, quality control and marketable products. We wanted to ensure the company was ready to bring in representatives to sell with Serendipity.  Finally in 2015, when everything felt just right, Serendipity was made public.

As a mother of five, our owner understands the demands of working outside of the home while balancing family.  During her time working long hours in a corporate environment, she missed most of her children’s milestones and many school related functions. Because of this, we understand the need to be able to work from home around a family’s busy schedule. At Serendipity, we strive to make our opportunity worthwhile and easy to work for. Our Serendipity Styles family promises to continue to grow, value our Stylists and always put family first. We want to ensure that our stylists can work their businesses around their lifestyles.

We are passionate about building strong, long-lasting, personal relationships with our Serendipity Family and are personally invested in making each of their dreams become a reality. At Serendipity every opinion is valued. We often ask our sales force for their input when making company decisions. We aspire to be sure every one of our Stylists feel like family, not just another number.
