Write your intention down on the scroll, fold it a few times, and place it back in the jar. Meditate on the intention and how it makes you feel. Believe that you can achieve this intention, and that the universe is on your side. Start thinking positive thoughts about your goal EVERY SINGLE TIME you look into the jar.

An intention should always be written as if you already have it. “I have a full bank account” is much more effective than “I will have a full bank account.” The former has more force behind it. The latter seems like you’re not quite sure.
